BRAD A. DANEK graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albion College in 2005 with a B.A. in Honors
Economics and Management, and from The University of Detroit Mercy School of
Law in 2008, where he received book awards in both Environmental Law and Real
Estate Law. He has been with Vandeveer Garzia since 2006.
Brad practices principally in the defense of products, construction,
business, and personal injury lawsuits. He focuses on the defense of serious
exposure litigation, complex litigation, and insurance coverage disputes in
both state and federal court.
Brad is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, The Oakland County Bar
Association, and The American Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice
in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
