Primary Practice Areas
TIMOTHY P. BRADY is an associate with Vandeveer
Garzia. He focuses his practice on construction litigation, representing
design professionals including architects, engineers, and land surveyors as
well as owners, general contractors, construction managers, and
subcontractors. Tim’s practice areas also include products and premises
liability and aviation litigation.
Tim graduated from Boston College in 2001 with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Economics. He also studied at Institut D’Etudes Politiques
in Paris, France. Tim graduated from Washington University in St. Louis
School of Law in 2004. During law school, Tim interned in U.S. Senator
Peter Fitzgerald’s office working on the Subcommittee for Financial Management,
the Budget, and International Security.
Tim is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar
Association, and Association of Defense Trial Counsel. He was selected as a
Michigan SuperLawyers “Rising Star” by his peers in 2010 and 2011 in the
area of Civil Litigation Defense.
